About Us Introduction Chameleon Chairs LLC was formed in January 2005 and concurrently acquired an existing inventory and patent pending for the Chameleon Chair system. The opportunity to provide over 1,500 chairs for the 2005 Academy Awards® Governors Ball was the Company’s initial foray into the chair rental business. The Company does business as the “Chameleon Chair® Collection” and designs, manufactures, sells and rents its proprietary products. Presently, the Company offers an extensive line of chairs and barstools that can be viewed on our website at www.chameleonchair.com. The Chameleon chair is a remarkably versatile stacking chair designed to meet the ever-changing demands of the party and special events market. It is ergonomically engineered for comfort and style. The Chameleon Chair® Collection includes metallic and covered backs as well as seat cushions in a variety of colors, fabrics and patterns. The Company offers eight different metal back chair styles that can be used as designed or underneath a wide variety of covered backs. The chair’s back is first covered with a custom-made liner. Once the liner is installed, a decorative cover is put on over it to give the chair a sleek, upholstered and tailored look. The company plans to introduce new designs responsive to both fashion and industry trends. The Chameleon Chair® Collection’s custom storage and transportation dolly system accommodates 36 chairs and cushions. Its efficient design provides the company with a competitive advantage over traditional delivery methods. An installation crew can easily set-up or tear-down a 200-person party in approximately one hour. Classic Party Rentals In 2007, Chameleon entered into an agreement with Classic Party Rentals, the nation’s largest full service event rental company, whereby Classic became Chameleon’s exclusive representative in several national markets. Effective August 1, 2009, our agreement was expanded whereby Classic assumed management and operations of Chameleon’s direct rental business throughout the United States, including Southern California and Las Vegas. In connection with this agreement, Classic has the exclusive right to rent Chameleon Chair products in each of its markets. Chameleon continues to operate as an independent company with its primary focus on design, manufacture and sale of its proprietary line of products, but has ceased direct rental activities. Chameleon will continue to introduce new designs and products to the special events industry and other markets to build the revenues of both companies. The Company operates out of its headquarters, showroom, sales office and warehouse in Torrance, California. For Chameleon Chair rentals, Classic Party Rentals operates out of distribution centers in Southern California and Las Vegas and conducts direct rental activities from most of its major divisions.
