On November 4th, we had the pleasure of participating in and attending Wish Upon a Wedding’s first annual “Blissful Wishes Gala” at The Ebell of Los Angeles. Led by president Sasha Souza of Sasha Souza Events, this year-old non-profit organization provides weddings for terminally ill individuals.

During the incredible four-course dinner, guests were humbled by the moving stories of brave people who have benefited from Wish Upon a Wedding’s efforts. 

Some of our industry’s top professionals, including our good friend Youngsong Martin of Wildflower Linen, Lydia Yeung of the popular blog, Ever Ours, and Angel Monico of Fusion Linens received the 2010 Shining Star Award for their individual contributions to the wedding industry.
